Grapes: Blend of resistant red grape varieties Cabernet Eidos, Merlot Khorus, and Merlot Kanthus.
Ageing: Prolonged ageing on the lees for 12 months.
Characteristics: Intense red ruby wine, violet flower, spicy tobacco and liquorice scents. Robust wine, with soft tannins and a pleaseant cocoa aftertaste. Ideal with red meat dishes and seasoned cheese.
Alcohol: 13,5% vol
