“La Boccolina” estate is owned by Spinazzè and spreads along the slopes that lead to Maiolati Spontini in the Province of Ancona. Besides Verdicchio grapes, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris grape varieties are cultivated in the lower hills; red grapes of Montepulciano, Merlot and Cabernet are planted in the upper hills with better sun exposure. The grapevines are trained to spurred cordon system, harvest is carried out mainly by hand. The farm also produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from 3 hectares of olive tree groves.
