Ageing: Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks with frequent batonnage.
Characteristics: Straw yellow colour, with an elegant mandarin scent mixed with herbaceous scents of sage and tomato leaves. Medium bodied, fresh and sapid, with a typical peach aftertaste. Excellent both as aperitif and with light second courses.
